Alabama vs Washington 2016
Alabama vs Washington 2016. The season is about to come to a close for one of these two teams. Which will be the survivor after they play each other? I will express my thoughts and why i feel this way about this particular game. We know Alabama has a great defense and an offense that is being developed with a young Quarterback. Washington has a season Quarterback and also has a good defense. Now which will over come the other.
Never under estimate Washington cause they are season proven and yes they can match up with Alabama in a lot of ways but Alabama defense has more depth and when i say depth i mean depth. But if Alabama has a weakness it has to be in the defense backfield. They do have good backs their but they do not have the size and when i mean size i mean height that they need. If Washington throws they do have an advantage in height with their receivers. The speed of the Alabama back and the speed of Washington receivers are about the same and the height is about the only difference here.
The Defense line of Alabama is solid and has depth that can go to maybe five deep and any of them can be replaced with great skills. Washington Offense line is big and can match up with Alabama on the line but Washington does not meet the same depth as Alabama does. I give the advantage to Alabama here and it is because of the depth. Washington does have have speed on the field like Alabama does but i don’t think they have met a team like Alabama this year.
If Washington does one thing to beat Alabama speed on defense they will have to beat them with short throws cause Alabama speed on defense is awesome and they do go after the ball. That mean Washington has to throw and make them short to beat the speed of the lineman rushing the QB. If Washington can do this and be successful then i think they do have a chance to beat Alabama.

I will try to cover Alabama offense against Washington defense and see how they match up as i did in the above. Now Alabama has a freshman QB and yes he is good but this is a huge game for him and he seems to be a little up tight when he first start a big game and if he does this as he has in a few games this year then he might get himself in a little trouble cause you can let Washington take control of the game early cause if you do then Alabama may not be able to come back. Alabama offense line is good and yes they have some great running backs but they have to get it all going at the start of the game or it may be a long night of Alabama.
Alabama also has some great offense ends and i think one of the best kept secrets this year is Alabama tight ends. They have been really good and have not had all the attention that some of the others have gotten. Now for Alabama offense against Washington defense. I give the slight edge to Washington defense never under estimate how good Washington is on defense. I saw a football odds maker that have Alabama a 14 pt favorite and i think that a start and maybe not enough if Alabama come outs slow and Washington comes out on a fast. This is one of the games that can get out of hand on either side of the ball.
Does Washington defense match the Alabama offense line. I think Washington has just a slight edge here. Washington also has speed like Alabama and they do have depth but not as much as Alabama does. i will give the slight edge to Washington defense on this one. Now for the running backs i both teams have good backs and both teams have great player the main thing that i think of is the depth Alabama has on the defense and yeah i know Washington has the height advantage on the offense ends and it could come down to a great game and it may shocker to some.
