Divinity

3 cups of sugar
3/4 cups of light corn syrup
3/4 cups of water
1 cup of pecans
2 eggs of whites
1 package of jello- cherry or strawberry
1/2 cup of angel flake coconut

Cook sugar, water and syrp slowly until hard ball stage in water. Beat egg whites until

they fluff, add dry jello gradually until mixture holds definite peaks.
Pour syrp mixture into egg whites in a thin stream, beating until it is not glossy. Stir in

nuts and coconut, Put by spoonfuls on wax paper uitl pecan half on top.

Don’t wait you must have this Divinity. If you enjoy sweets this is a must have. You for sure will be addictive to this Divinity.
