Barbecue Shrimp Recipe
Wash 5 pounds of shrimp. Leave the shells on.
Line in shallow pan- single layer
Melt together
1 lb. butter
1lb. margarine
3 to 4 cloves of garlic- pressed
Add some Salt
Paprika until butter turns red – about 4 table spoons.
Pour over the shrimp and sprinkle heavily with pepper.
When you have enough pepper — add more.
At this point, you should refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking. Bake at 450 degrees for approximate 10 minutes.
Remove and turn shrimp keeping them single and layered.
Bake approx 10 more minute or more.
Paprika will appear to be burned.
Serve in bowls with butter poured over.
