BUTTERNUT POUND CAKE
1 cup of Crisco
2 cups of Sugar
4 eggs
1 table spoon of butter nut flavor
2 1/2 cups of plain flour
1/2 cup of self rising flour
1 cup of milk
1 cup of chopped pecans
Cream Crisco and Sugar. Add eggs one At a time. Add flavor. Add milk and flour
alternately. Then add nuts. Bake in tube pan at 325 Degrees for 1 hour then turn to 350
degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. if necessary.
BUTTERNUT POUND CAKE. This is a must have for all. You can add this to your favorite cake and others will ask for it
