Established in the spring of 2014, KINTORI YAKITORI is a cozy, izakaya-style eatery specializing in authentic yakitori and premium Japanese tapas. Bite-size pieces of the finest meats and vegetables are held together by bamboo skewers imported from Japan and cooked over a charcoal fire. Served hot and right off the grill, KINTORI YAKITORI offers guests a dining experience like no other.

Yakitori is a type of Japanese grilled chicken skewer most commonly grilled over charcoal. Pieces of chicken, including the giblets, are held together by bamboo skewers and served hot. Although Yakitori is translated as “grilled chicken”, other types of skewers, using meats and vegetables, exist as well.
